Vendor Payment & Fees Policy

This policy explains how vendor earnings are calculated, how Stripe and platform fees are applied, and how vendor payouts are issued by Webdesk LLC through international bank transfers. It also outlines fraud-prevention measures and conditions under which payments may be held or forfeited.

1. Payment Processing

All customer transactions on ETSOdigit.com are securely processed via Stripe, the platform’s official payment gateway. Vendors are not required to have a Stripe account.

Funds from customer purchases are first received by Webdesk LLC, then distributed to vendors through international bank transfer according to this policy.

2. Stripe Processing Fees

Stripe applies standard transaction fees before funds are released to Webdesk LLC. These fees vary by region and payment method and may change without prior notice.

As of this policy’s effective date:

1. 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction (domestic payments)
2. +1% additional for international or currency conversion transactions

Example 1 – Sale of $1 USD:

1. Stripe fee = $0.33
2. Net received by Webdesk: $0.67

Example 2 – Sale of $5 USD:

1. Stripe fee = $0.45
2. Net received by Webdesk: $4.55

3. ETSOdigit Platform Commission

ETSOdigit.com, operated by Webdesk LLC, applies a 10% service commission on each vendor sale after Stripe fees are deducted.

This commission covers marketplace maintenance, digital hosting, transaction handling, and vendor support.

Example 1 – Sale of $1 USD:

1. Net after Stripe: $0.67
2. ETSOdigit commission (10%): $0.067
3. Vendor balance: $0.60

Example 2 – Sale of $5 USD:

1. Net after Stripe: $4.55
2. ETSOdigit commission (10%): $0.455
3. Vendor balance: $4.10

4. Payout Method and Transfer Fee

All vendor payouts are handled directly by Webdesk LLC through international bank transfer.

1. Transfer Fee: $5.00 USD per withdrawal
2. Transfer Time: Up to 6 business days to appear in the vendor’s bank account
3. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: $100 USD
4. Payout Currency: U.S. Dollars (USD)

Example—Vendor withdrawal of $150 USD:

1. Transfer fee: $5
2. Final amount sent: $145 USD

5. Currency Conversion and International Transfers

If the vendor’s bank account is in a different currency, their bank may apply its own conversion rate and incoming international wire fee.

Webdesk LLC and ETSOdigit.com are not responsible for conversion losses or external bank charges.

6. Taxes and Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes (income tax, VAT, GST, or local equivalents).

Webdesk LLC does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of vendors unless required by law.

If a vendor’s country mandates withholding or VAT collection, Webdesk LLC may deduct the required percentage and remit it to the proper tax authority. Vendors are encouraged to consult a tax professional to ensure compliance.

7. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

If a buyer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, Stripe will automatically reverse the corresponding funds before they are transferred to Webdesk LLC.

If the transaction was already paid out:

1. The disputed amount and any Stripe dispute fee ($15 USD) may be deducted from the vendor’s next payout.
2. Repeated or unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent vendor removal.

8. Payout Schedule

Webdesk LLC processes vendor payouts once per week for vendors with a cleared balance of $100 USD or more.

Once a payout is approved, funds typically reach the vendor’s account within 6 business days, depending on international banking conditions.

9. Transparency and Reporting

Vendors can access detailed breakdowns of:

1. Total sales
2. Stripe deductions
3. ETSOdigit commissions
4. Transfer fees
5. Net payout balance

All records are visible in the vendor dashboard for transparency and accounting purposes.

10. Non-Payment and Fraud Clause

To maintain the security and integrity of the ETSOdigit marketplace:

1. Fraudulent Activity:
2. Webdesk LLC strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent or manipulative behavior, including but not limited to:
3. Fake or self-purchases intended to inflate sales
4. Use of stolen payment methods
5. False customer accounts or reviews
6. Manipulation of referral or reward systems
7. Selling prohibited, copyrighted, or stolen content
8. Payment Holds:
9. If Webdesk LLC suspects fraudulent activity, abnormal sales patterns, or policy violations, the company reserves the right to:
10. Temporarily hold vendor balances
11. Delay payouts pending investigation
12. Request additional identification or verification
13. Freeze the account until proof of authenticity is provided
14. Forfeiture of Funds:
15. If fraud or violation is confirmed, Webdesk LLC may permanently withhold or forfeit the vendor’s pending earnings. Such funds may be used to cover buyer refunds, dispute costs, or legal expenses related to the incident.
16. Account Termination:
17. Vendors engaging in fraudulent activity or violating marketplace policies will have their accounts terminated without prior notice, and no pending or future payouts will be released.

11. Policy Updates

Webdesk LLC reserves the right to modify this Vendor Payment and Fee Policy at any time to reflect updates in Stripe fees, bank regulations, or platform operations. Vendors will be notified of any major changes through their registered email or dashboard notification.

12. Policy Acceptance

By registering as a vendor, uploading products, or receiving payments through ETSOdigit.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Payment and Fee Policy in full.
