At ETSODIGIT, By Webdesk LLC, we operate a global digital marketplace based in the United States. This page explains how taxes are applied to purchases made on our platform.
1. United States Customers
- Our company is incorporated in Wyoming, USA.
- We are required to collect and remit Wyoming state sales tax (4%), plus any applicable local tax, for purchases made by customers in Wyoming.
- For customers in other U.S. states, we only collect sales tax if we meet that state’s economic nexus thresholds (such as sales volume or transaction limits).
- If the threshold is not met, no sales tax is charged.
2. International Customers (Outside the USA)
- At this time, ETSODIGIT does not collect or remit VAT, GST, or similar taxes outside the United States.
- If you are purchasing from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or any other country with VAT/GST requirements on digital services, you may be required to self-assess and pay the tax directly to your local tax authority.
- Prices on our website are exclusive of VAT/GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Vendor Responsibility
- ETSODIGIT is a multivendor platform. Each vendor is responsible for their own business and tax obligations.
- ETSODIGIT does not act as a tax agent for vendors outside the United States.
4. Customer Responsibility
- By completing a purchase on ETSODIGIT, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any tax laws in your country of residence.
- If your local government requires VAT/GST reporting, it is your duty to declare and pay it.
