Cancellation Policy

At ETSODIGIT, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable digital purchasing experience for all our customers and vendors. Because digital assets are delivered electronically, our cancellation rules are designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

1. Standard Cancellation Window

  1. Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the digital asset has not yet been delivered or downloaded.
  2. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances, unless covered under Section 2 below.

2. Non-Delivery Exception

  1. If a purchased digital asset is not delivered or made available for download within 48 hours of purchase, the customer has the right to request a cancellation and full refund.
  2. Proof of non-delivery (such as missing download link or file access issues) may be required.

3. Digital Asset Nature

  1. Because digital goods are intangible and immediately accessible, once an asset is delivered or downloaded, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
  2. This rule prevents misuse and protects the intellectual property rights of our vendors.

4. Vendor Responsibility

  1. Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their assets.
  2. If a vendor fails to deliver within the 48-hour window, ETSODIGIT reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the customer.

5. ETSODIGIT Rights

  1. ETSODIGIT reserves the right to decline or approve cancellation requests based on the circumstances outlined in this policy.
  2. We may update this cancellation policy as needed to remain compliant with consumer protection standards.


Summary:

  1. Cancellations allowed → Within 24 hours of purchase, if the digital asset has not been delivered.
