Vendor Conduct Policy

ETSOdigit (operated by Webdesk LLC) is committed to a safe, legal, and trustworthy marketplace. Vendors must not list, sell, or promote any item or content that is illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited below. Listings that violate this policy will be removed immediately. Repeated or serious violations will result in account suspension or a permanent (lifetime) ban from the marketplace.

2. Prohibited Items (non-exhaustive)

Vendors must not publish listings for any of the following:

1. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia—including controlled substances, illegal psychedelics, drug-making equipment, and items that facilitate illegal drug use.
2. Prescription medications, unapproved medical devices, and dubious health remedies—any item that makes medical claims, sells prescription-only drugs, or offers treatments that could harm buyers.
3. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories—firearms, parts, live ammunition, explosives, and items intended to inflict harm.
4. Hazardous materials and toxic chemicals—poisons, restricted pesticides, flammable materials, and any goods that pose environmental or health risks.
5. Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods—unauthorized replicas, trademarked logos, counterfeit merchandise, or patterns that enable counterfeit production.
6. Human remains, body parts, or biological materials—including any trafficking of human tissue or remains.
7. Endangered species products—ivory, protected animal skins, or items derived from endangered species.
8. Sexual exploitation, illegal pornography, and certain adult products are prohibited by law—sexual content or services that violate our rules or local law.
9. Hate speech / extremist content and items promoting violence—symbols, products, or content that promote genocide, racial hatred, or violent extremism.
10. Financial fraud, forged documents, and illegal services—including forged IDs, counterfeit currency, fraudulent documentation, or services that facilitate illegal activity.
11. Products that violate export controls, sanctions, or local laws—items prohibited by international trade controls or local jurisdictional bans.

Vendors must follow all local laws and the full ETSOdigit Terms. If an item is regulated in the buyer’s or recipient’s country, it may be prohibited even if allowed elsewhere.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Listing Practices

1. Listing items with misleading, fraudulent, or false descriptions (including fake reviews or fake sales) is prohibited.
2. Self-purchases intended to manipulate sales metrics, rankings, or reviews are forbidden.
3. Uploading content that infringes third-party IP rights, or reselling items without the proper rights or licenses, is prohibited.
4. Selling services or products that make unverified health, safety, or miracle claims (including “guaranteed cures”) is prohibited.
5. Using product images or descriptions that impersonate other brands or public figures is not allowed.

4. Enforcement & Sanctions

ETSOdigit enforces this policy strictly. Possible actions include, depending on severity and frequency:

1. Immediate removal of the offending listing(s).
2. Temporary hold on vendor payouts while an investigation is conducted.
3. Temporary suspension of the vendor account.
4. Permanent (lifetime) suspension and account termination for serious or repeated violations (including fraud, sale of illegal goods, or deliberate sale of dangerous items).
5. Forfeiture of pending balances where violations cause buyer harm, legal exposure, or irreparable damage to the platform.
6. Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when illegal activity is suspected.

Lifetime Suspension Clause: Vendors who refuse to cooperate with an investigation, repeatedly violate this policy, or are found to have intentionally sold illegal, fraudulent, or harmful goods will be permanently banned from ETSOdigit with no further payouts. Webdesk LLC reserves the right to withhold or claw back funds to cover refunds, chargebacks, and legal costs where permitted by law.

5. Reporting & Investigations

1. Buyers or vendors can report suspicious listings through the “Report” button on any listing or via support@etsodigit.com.
2. Upon receipt, ETSOdigit will review the report, may request documentation from the vendor (proof of authenticity, invoices, or permits), and may temporarily suspend listings or payouts pending resolution.
3. Vendors must respond to information requests within the timeframe specified by ETSOdigit; failure to respond may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

6. Appeals

1. Vendors may appeal enforcement decisions by submitting a written appeal via the vendor dashboard within 14 days of notification.
2. Appeals must include relevant evidence (invoices, authenticity certificates, permits, or legal documents). ETSOdigit’s decision on appeals is final.

7. Acceptance

By listing products on ETSOdigit, vendors acknowledge and accept this Prohibited Products & Conduct Policy. Vendors who do not accept these terms must not list or sell on the platform. Failure to accept or comply is grounds for immediate suspension or permanent removal.
