1. You must be at least 18 years old to register, buy, or sell on ETSODIGIT.
2. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Role of ETSODIGIT

1. ETSODIGIT acts solely as a marketplace provider that connects vendors and buyers.
2. ETSODIGIT does not own or create the digital assets sold by vendors.
3. Vendors are independent businesses and are fully responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their products.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

1. Vendors must ensure that all digital assets uploaded to the platform are accurately described, properly licensed, and free from misleading content.
2. Vendors must not upload, sell, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with copyright laws, licensing rules, and applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.
4. ETSODIGIT reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate these obligations.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

1. Meaning of ETSO: The name ETSO stands for “Engine To Sell Online Digital Assets”, reflecting the platform’s purpose of facilitating digital asset sales worldwide.
2. Brand Disclaimer: ETSODIGIT is an independent platform operated by Webdesk LLC and is not associated, affiliated, or endorsed by any other brands or marketplaces, including but not limited to Etsy.
3. Vendors are solely liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement in the products they upload or sell.
4. ETSODIGIT / Webdesk LLC does not verify ownership rights for every file and assumes no liability for copyright breaches committed by vendors.
5. If a copyright claim is made against a vendor’s asset, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold ETSODIGIT and Webdesk LLC harmless against all claims, damages, and legal costs.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

1. Buyers must ensure that their devices, software, and systems are compatible with the purchased digital assets.
2. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, buyers may not request a cancellation or refund except as allowed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or use purchased assets in violation of the licensing terms stated on the product page.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the asset has not yet been delivered.
2. Cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours unless the digital asset has not been delivered within 48 hours.
3. Refunds are only granted in cases of:
4. Non-delivery (asset not delivered within 48 hours).
5. Misrepresentation (the asset is not as described on the product page).
6. Refunds are not granted for change of mind, incorrect compatibility, or failure to use the product properly.

8. Payments

3. Vendors agree that ETSODIGIT may deduct commissions or service fees before releasing payouts.

2. ETSODIGIT is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between vendors and buyers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETSODIGIT, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
