At ETSODIGIT, we value transparency and fairness for both buyers and vendors. Because all purchases involve digital assets, refunds are only granted under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A customer may request a refund only if:
- Non-Delivery – The purchased asset is not delivered or made available for download within 48 hours of purchase.
- Product Misrepresentation – The asset delivered is significantly different from its description or preview shown on the product page (e.g., wrong file, missing features, or misleading presentation).
2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect or incompatible software, hardware, or system setup by the customer.
- Failure to use or apply the digital asset as intended.
- The asset was delivered correctly and matches the description.
- Cancellation requested after the allowed 24-hour period (see Cancellation Policy).
3. Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors must ensure their products are accurately described and delivered on time.
- In cases of misrepresentation or non-delivery, ETSODIGIT may take corrective actions against the vendor, including refunding the buyer.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted through ETSODIGIT customer support within 7 days of purchase.
- Customers may be required to provide proof (e.g., screenshots, error messages, or other evidence).
- ETSODIGIT reserves the right to investigate the claim before approving or denying a refund.
5. ETSODIGIT Rights
- ETSODIGIT may decline refund requests if the claim does not meet the conditions above.
- Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Summary:
- Refunds apply only if: (1) the asset is not delivered within 48 hours, or (2) the asset is not as described.
- No refunds for “change of mind” or after successful delivery of the correct product.
